Privacy and your audit information
Last updated August 8, 2026
SwiftHand Studio uses the information you submit to provide your local visibility audit, respond to your inquiry, and—when you explicitly consent—send occasional local marketing guidance.
Information we collect
The audit form collects your business name, city and state, your name, work email, optional phone number, consent timestamp, and the audit results generated for your business.
How the information is used
- To locate public Google Business Profile information and generate your audit
- To save the completed audit for SwiftHand Studio follow-up
- To deliver the audit and subscribed marketing tips through MailerLite
- To understand whether the audit tool is useful and functioning properly
The audit also uses first-party conversion tracking stored by SwiftHand Studio to record audit starts, completed audits and opt-ins, and strategy-call link clicks. This tracking does not require access to your Google account or third-party advertising cookies.
Services involved
Google Places supplies public business information used in the comparison. MailerLite manages confirmation, delivery, preferences, and unsubscribe requests. If you choose to book a call, the booking link opens HoneyBook and information you submit there is governed by HoneyBook’s privacy practices.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. To ask what information SwiftHand Studio has about you, request a correction, or request deletion, email hello@swifthandstudio.com.
Security and retention
SwiftHand Studio limits access to submitted audit leads to its administrator workspace and retains information only as long as it is useful for providing the requested audit, maintaining business records, or meeting legal obligations.
